Stickers can be used for informational or promotional purposes in ZEISS communications. They may be printed in different shapes, sizes, and designs. They can feature graphics, text, or a combination of both. Stickers must follow the ZEISS Brand Design Elements to ensure a consistent appearance in line with the ZEISS Brand.
These guidelines are applicable to both traditional paper stickers and digital stickers, which are also known as emojis or emoticons. The latter are used on digital platforms to express emotions, convey messages, or add a creative element to conversations.

Each sticker must display the ZEISS Logo or Wordmark when solely promoting the brand or company, such as a logo sticker on a vehicle. Each sticker should contain a maximum of one logo or one wordmark. If stickers are used as part of campaigns or other marketing activities and it is clear who the sender is, a logo or wordmark is not necessary.

Generally, you should use the primary and secondary colors for your stickers. If you need additional colors for specific applications, please refer to the ZEISS color palette.

Please use only the official ZEISS fonts. The fonts can be used in different sizes or styles. Using fonts consistently contributes to a professional and cohesive visual identity. All stickers should also have a clearly identifiable message and purpose. Avoid any controversial content that may contradict our brand image or ZEISS Values.

Determine the appropriate size and shape for stickers based on the application. Make sure that the text will be legible. Use clear shapes and ensure that sticker shapes adhere to ethical standards. Avoid using forms that could have a double meaning, political message, etc., such as a pentagram.

Choose the right material and surface for your stickers. Consider factors such as durability and weather resistance. Also, think about where the sticker will be applied. Different surfaces may require different adhesives or materials. Ensure that the sticker adheres well to the intended surfaces. High-quality printing is essential for a longer service life.

Feel free to use emojis in organic posts. But please do not overuse them – emojis are there to enhance copy, not be a distraction.
Stickers can be used for promotional purposes at events, trade shows, or at points of sale. Later on, they will remind people of past events.

You can use digital stickers on social media platforms to add creative flair to your posts, comments, or stories. They can also be integrated into user interfaces, apps, or websites to enhance the user experience.

Stickers are employed to convey important safety and warnings on various surfaces, such as machinery, equipment, or hazardous materials.
